This is online or 'Live' you dont get cops on you in airport unless you turn cops on or off

Yes, although it is rather difficult because our method is shown at the airport. If you start to hang around the airport you'll notice that approaching the runway will give you an automatic 4 stars. I suggest trying it out in some other place before the airport.
