Nice little segment on the Basque culinary tradition!. However, the background music is more "flemenco" style! Big time Faux Paus regarding the basques! it's like playing hard time time country music about a report on Boston! Do better research next time and forget about the typical spanish "ambiance" music if you aren't doing anything form Sevilla!
