  • I like your domain name, it sounded serious, you missed the point in the whole video, maybe need to do some CPD on functional training, after the first 3 video all of them non functional, Locked knees??? All medicine ball training aiming for core function, you need to put in more legwork and twist especially the diagonal smashes! I hope this was informative!
