My 1st day on HCG was 31May, 1st day of the VLCD was 02Jun2011. As of today, I am down 21 pounds and feeling great! I frequently test my urine for the presence and concentration of acetoacetic acid (ketone). When this substance is found in the urine, it provides information on carbohydrate and fat metabolism. Yes I did but is better now and today i lost another 2 pound but no inches, that is so weird ah? I will post my video latter on today.
