so what I get from this video is "Africans should quit trying to change and better Africa's situation, we Americans(and Canadians) will keep giving you aid and it doesn't matter how ineffective it has proved to be.

A person like Stephen Lewis would argue against racism and yet a white man, is telling an African woman how she should be thinking about her culture and pretends expertise. How is this different from the very thing that Edward Said who white leftists tend to cream themselves over criticized?
