Pete - nice fist and great bug. I have one and, after finally getting it adjusted 'just right' , it sounds like keyer code EXCEPT I CAN ADD MY OWN PERSONALITY. Your other video of your ASTRID hat got my attention. I have to have one now!

notforchat, thanks for comments. I have a special set of slotted weights that can be removed easily so I can slow down for QRS ops and then speed up for QRQ. I am going to put them on the key and do a demo with it using 1 and 2 weights. The key was set up roughly close to Piero's instructions, I didnt fine tune it for the video. The video was mainly to let folks get an idea of what it looked like etc. Look for Video 2. I will demo QRS and QRQ and you will notice some great sounding CW. Love it.

The fast was about 26 or 28 wpm.

It looks like you have the center arm off center, and you have your dit ratio magnet set very far in... Have you tried adjusting this bug completely??

Mine seems to loose it's settings daily.. how about yours?

@notforchat the lever is designed to be at an angle as you see it.... I have never had any problems with adjusting it and it staying adjusted etc.... just follow the manual with it.... takes a bit to get the nack of it... good luck es 73... will try to get another video on before to long.... 73 Pete W5PEH
