Why won't they release the soundtrack on CD?? I really thought when they came out with the DVD a couple years ago that they eventually would. Still waiting...My sister has it on vinyl, but she won't lend it to me. I guess I don't blame her for being so protective, but she doesn't even own a record player.

Thanks for posting this! I saw this movie in a theater many times. Even though I was a punk and New Wave wasn't cool enough for me, I was addicted to this movie. The music and choreography are magnificent! I've been searching for years for my favorite song in that movie. It's the one that goes "I want to live in a house, in my own little box" etc.
