  • dude so tall his feet about to touch the roof.

  • lol the last part where he just stares at the camera is funny

  • whats the song called ? (Y)

  • I CAN DO BETTER TIGER BEND Look hear watch?v=oTK9sCs1fEo

  • do you do any weight training? or mostly bodyweight exercises.

Im moving from full weight training to gymnastics strength work.. hoping to help build muscle mass not lose it... seems to work for you :)

  • @ LinWin please dont even mension the haters man, there not important, you guys have my respect because i know how hard work it is to get even close to the level you guys are.

Keep up the good work and stay in the positive zone bro's : )

    Peace

  • ive been watching your videos sence i was 16 im 20 now and just wanted you to know your videos inspired me to be where im at today physically and mentally... keep up the good work

  • hi dude that's a good technique, im training for planche now, could u tell me the name of the song?

  • Hey how is your progress on this move, I just uploaded a video of me doing these with a 20lb weighted vest on, check it out and try it yourself

  • @2brothersofstrength My progress is IMMACULATE, on this I can do several reps with a 45 lbs weight vest and ankle weights, with the ab wheel attached to my feet, How's that for progress ??

  • @calisthenicskingz That is amazing! great progress

  • @2brothersofstrength Thanks bro, I'll do a video soon and post it.

  • @calisthenicskingz Man I would enjoy that and Im not the only one, huge inspiration as always from you

  • Karl Gotch learned this old exercise from an Indian wrestler in like the 1950's. Apparently you must have invented it in India a couple hundred years ago.

  • For those bitches who talk smack you should actually try your hand at posting your own videos of this tiger bend pushup and regardless or not of whether he created it or not it's irrelevant to even go racial on his skin colour. FUCKING haters. I bet most of you keyboard typing haters on my man Hit Richards are fucking 6 pack beer drinkers with phenomenal flap who need to really get a life. Take a good look at yourself in the mirror before judging someone else.

  • @LinnWin Thanks Linn they know no better, but remember those are our biggest supporters the haters.

  • nice six pack

  • is It me or is it weird that this guy tim shieff posted their videos on exactly the same day

  • I have a tutorial for this move and a little history about it on my blog, link is in channel, also im looking for strong challengers for the contest iv started for this move!

  • Nice^^

  • @timfosho

It's true that it wasn't invented by him but this did have nothing to do with the color of the skin, racist like you should try to evoluate from a monkey to a human

  • suave nero sos genial eh grande!!!

  • Way too many keyboard warriors out there... what this guy can do is awesome.

  • does your balance increase with the more strenght you have. i mean i think the answer would be an obvious yes, but im wonder if you start getting incredible upper body strenght like you if it makes balancing on your hands easy as can be.

  • fucking tank cunt

  • respect. just one takes lots a training and massive core strength. do you lift weights at all?

  • major respect. been trying to do these for almost a year.

  • @hijump4life I just saw a video of that guy. He's great, and he doessome amazing things like flipping over a number of people and super-advanced balance and body-control movements. I think he has his own group.

  • HAHAHA! Hit, don't say you invented that. Tiger bends are way before our time. It's a great move, and It's nice that you can do them, but you are not the first person do them. They're shown in the handbalancing manuals from the early 1900's.

I don't doubt that you may have come up with this on your own. I came up with "dragon flags" on my own while I was in the navy, but I didn't have a name for them. I just thought of them as body lifts. The name is a bit of a giveaway that it's not original.

  • Not a tiger, its an ape.

  • Nice :)

    thanks for posting

  • TIGER BEND :D

  • that's bad...!!!

  • which ones tiger bend

  • Excellent!!!

  • Wow, that's insane.

  • you developed your body like that just by doing calisthenics?!?!?!?! good lord...i'm speechless. 0.0

  • what kinda glooves are those niggaahh!!!!

  • next train for the eagle flip, that is real hardcore move. only 5 people in the world can do it, im 1 of them. master fuk am yip is the founder of the eagle style in japan.

  • I would like to see it. Do you have a video?

  • my friend such techniques, can not be filmed and put on public display, for if they fell into the wrong hands, they would be very dangerous indeed. master fuk am yip, and master fuk as hol are the only two men apart from my self in the western world, who have been trained in the deadly art, it focuses on summoning ur hado, and chanelling it. put it this way, i once seen the eagle flip rainbow kick executed on a full size grizlly bear, in self defence, the bear was decapitated, with 1 blow.

  • haha ur an ass

  • (Chuckles)

  • what is the eagle flip ?

can show me what is it , a video ? picture , i understand what is it.

    thanks

  • its a very very powerful move, only gifted people can pull it off, it requires peak body fitness but more importantly, the ability to be able to manipulate your mind and matter, around you. it takes years of training and deication to the art form. the only way i can describe it to you, is that it is as an epic flash of speed and power that inflicts catastrophic damage on any object it touches, its simlar to the ancient raging demon death technique---

  • =D This is Messatsu!!!!

  • ;-)

  • --- ive only been forced to use it on 3 occasions, people nearby noted there watches stopped and they where left blind for 15 mins, also the matter in the area was flexed to a degree it left a ripple effect in the air like that of a stone been thrown into a pond. my opponents on those 3 occasions do not fight anymore.

  • looooooooooooooool

  • you're in shape but you didnt invent shit !!

    grats on fitness though

  • ur fucking huge

  • i can do that, not now though, i overfatigue myself, because i've been running in -30 degrees celsius temperature, with weights on my ankle (13lbs each, lol and that's for miles). i don't know how i overfatigue, i've been doing these for years. anyway when my fever goes away, i'll try to do that.

  • so this you would not train to failure, as its blance skill, so you can get more reps in y not failing for each set, you can get more overall reps in so you can benefit more from the exercise, only failing once in a while.

  • well done man, although you certainly did not 'invent' this move

    been done plenty before

props tho, requires lots of strength

  • This is my first time seeing this, very impressive, but no offense CK, but I saw Bboy Crumbs do this back in 2000, kicking his legs no less. Plus Sig Klein was able to do this with a 75-lb dumbbell on his back. Bboy Junior does it, BBoy Juju does it as well.

  • Pretty amazing. :]

  • That IS amazing. Though it'd be ever nicer to see you do a set of 30 Lol.

  • AMAZING! Honestly, I was thinking of trying P90X which is like a workout program to get strong, but then I want to go further and get RIPPED like you. Please, do you have any tips or advice? How do you get like that?

  • hey, i've done the P90X program, Its really good for building a good foundation of strength and depending on what your body is like when you start, and your eating habits, it will make you more toned/ripped. But this guys level of fitness just takes time, dedication, and consistency.

  • thas sum sick push up, gt sum crazy power guanin!hectic keep thrivin 4 progression!

  • LOLCAPS

  • impressive. but you didnt invent this.

  • Very very impressive man. Many people fail to realize the diffulcty in such a push up. But you should not have claimed to invented it. Sig Klien and John Grimek were doing Tiger Bend push ups in the 1940`s. Anyway lots of respect for pulling that off.

  • i just saw your video and i have WAY more inner strength then you can possibly have, you weakling, and further more you were trying to do MY moves and you were to weak to do it, that's why you kept falling !!!

  • dudes only 15 though, still think it kinda funny for him to go criticisin people around

  • @calisthenicskingz of course. you do someing imressive, but then you say you invented it and then you were a douche about it. you poor poor bastard

  • great balance

  • oh SHIT!!!

  • Damn impressive strength and control! good job, dude.

  • Yea, I've seen move several times. Unluckily not by me.

  • Exactly what I was gonna say lolz

  • dick rider !!!!!!!!!!!! lolz

  • dude all you do is body weight exercises impressive dude

  • at uni they call it retrospective plagerism.

i've seen this move too but to think calisthenic king thought up this fucked up exercise for himself gets my respect either way.

  • Lol you didn't invent this move.

  • @calisthenicskingz You know what they say. Talk is cheap, especially on the internet.

  • haha your the only one with the right to do that King pose at the end. very impressed! im trying to learn to backflip.

  • ese SI es un negro jajajajaa

  • yo that is crazyyyyyyyyyyyyyy

  • lots of people say they invented this move, who did really invent it?

  • that was crazy good shit

  • yo sum sick handstand press up!!

  • good $,you got me on that one,I gonna try dat.
