  • awesome shot! sounds great!

  • GO GREEN!!

  • I think FURX should stick to the original BN scheme instead of painting them light green and silver.

  • Nice!

  • thanks

  • are ALL of the SD60M's being stored here?

  • @trainz675 Not sure...

  • nope, i found out. alot are here but some are scattered around the midwest

  • we used to hang out on the soo bridge after dark and watch for hours...great spot...

  • It was getting interesting and then it was over, should of keep on videoing.

  • This looks a lot like a scene from the Pentrex video "Hot Rails Through The Twin Cities". This video featured this same location for some neat action.

  • Yeah, it's an excellent spot to watch.

  • I miss the BN... Its weird, that track to the far left is actually ours (CP) and doesnt physically connect to any of the BN there. It comes down, runs under the bridge, then inot a grain elevator and Kempff Paper behind you and to the left. Life would be so much easier if it connected to the BN main!

  • Way back in the day it used to hook up to the BN. If you are on this bridge and look down, you can see the old switch ties for the rail that used to tie into the BNs line.

  • i get to work here soon!

  • 1. A chick who loves trains 2. She knows more about them than most guys and 3. She films them for other railfans! There has to be a catch. She must be taken by some incredibly lucky guy! This is every railfans dream!

  • Lol, yes I have a boyfriend. He got me into railfanning and now I railfan waaaaay more than he does!

  • I glad to hear that there is a female presence in Railfaning. Personally, im tired of the double standard that is in Railfanning and I would love to see more women taking part in our passion. you are only the second Female Railfan I have ever met.

  • There is "too much" BN power around here....NOT! I LOVE THE BN POWER.

  • This was probably going to Wilmar. Some of the best lashups out of Northtown are the Wilmar-Northtown trains.

  • @SD457500 Nope the 7821 (now renumbered) is actually a Northtown Yard Pullout engine and those 3 (2 FURX and 1 switch engine) engines were lugos going to the T-yard. Those FURX engines got shipped out....

  • I Still Remember how i used to see ol BN Sd40's working hard on the CSX Pittsburgh Subdivision years ago.. I Just wish i had a camera when i was that little. I Would've photographed and videoed it and enjoyed it greatly

  • WoW nice catch here Jess! Espically that little dirty/rusty BN Sw1000!

  • Damn, I missed this cause I was working too... Excellent catch.

  • AWESOME JESS! favorite!!1

  • muy buena esa toma panoramica, con esas SD40 HACIENDO ESE SICSAC, EXCELENTE..... FELICITACIONES.

  • nice vid jess for a second t i thought this was the 1990s LOL

  • Don't see THAT kind of lashup every day!

  • Gotta Agree to That!

  • Ah I'm so jelous!

All BN, and even a little SW-1500, if I'm not mistaken. :-)

  • SW1200 I think.

  • SW1000

  • Awesome catch!

  • its all BN!
