No problem mate! Too many people on here, who have never even picked up a violin before, attempt at criticising others. You are very good though. What is important is what the violinist can bring to the piece. What can the player manifest from their own personal being, through playing the music. And you do that very well, that's why you are original and unique, your feeling of the music is tangible. Keep it up madame, you are definitely going somewhere in this life.
thanks so much...i appreciate everyone's support. i'm a student violinist and i've been asked to produce sound samples of a major violin collection here on youtube. mostly, i sightread these pieces from a collection of sheet music and violin books that accompany the violin collection...i'm glad you liked this video.
i would never play this piece. it's so hard but to the non violinists its not impressive because its slow and they wouldnt recognize how hard those shifting double stops intonation can be. nevertheless, amazing job
well i was sightreading this piece. along with this massive collection of violins that my brother and i are sound sampling, there's also a few boxes full of old sheet music. we'll sometimes just randomly pull something that looks interesting...or something we've always wanted to try to play. that's what i was doing here so i had no idea of the difficulty level. thanks :D
I love this! I like how your vibratos are big and slow. It really fits the song (some people show off and play it fast all the time). Amazing performance! I'd also like to buy your future CD's! XD
thanks...i was sightreading this and had to rely on what i could remember from the movie, red violin. i was very moved by joshua bell's performance of this piece. i'm afraid you may have to wait awhile for a cd...i'm just a student...but i really appreciate your confidence and support!!!
hi, i think you're asking to see the sheet music? unfortunately, the music that we use for the sound samples is selected from a collection of music that accompanies the violin collection. we "borrow" it for the sound sample and then return it.
Excelente, solo una crítca constructiva, lo siento un poco lineal, pudiste haberle puesto un poco más de pasión, ese arreglo es de John Corigliano, Joshua bell o una variaciòn tuya?
i compose them myself, but occasionally use a dictionary to check up on my work. for instance, if you enter "I play the violin" in a translator, you won't get the right verb...you'll get jugar instead of tocar :D
hi...i was sightreading this from sheetmusic that i borrowed from the estate which holds these violins...i don't have a copy...sorry. maybe someone will read this and post it for both of us :D

double stop is two note played simultaneously.
