Its the Human blockhead stunt, and with a bit of experimentation it is very easy to perform.

Your nasal cavity is connected to your mouth, in fact if Jonas continued to push it would come out in his mouth.

Try it yourself, I learnt how to do this sometime ago with the inside of a pen.

Anything thin/small of this kind is a good starting tool.

Hehe, it's all a matter of pushing the spoon upwards or inwards, if you push it upwards, you might get in trouble. If you push it inwards, it will probably work, but you still need to be careful about it.
