They cant' do that. They're bringing THEMSELVES down if they do that. YouTube was NOT meant for popular people only. That's also saying you're deleting people's favorited videos and the videos they worked hard on. 1,000 subscribers is a lot if you think about it, depending on what you make. And there are several popular cosplay channels that'll be deleted. I know several off the top of my head that would be deleted. They can't delete a person's accuont if the person did nothing wrong.
