lol the start of demo is fantastic I actually didnt notice the pedal betveen those two nice bottles at first =)

Used this pedal in our bands ep recordings for few tracks and now later one friend of mine made a clone of it for me. Allthough dont know which version or how good that clone actually is from real one but its very much how i remember it and i like it. Can recommend this. Its sturdy simple versitile and very good sounding. Not exactly for heavy metal. Its a guitarists workhorse.

i'm interested in buying the fulltone ocd but i was planning on using it as a distortion pedal...Is that possible? I mean, do i have to use the amp's distortion or another dist. pedal along with it or it has that effect on its own?

@marshallamps24 certainly, the beauty of the OCD is that it works clean or gain and still sound good no matter how crappy the demos are. I dig w the Fat Boost in front but I use other boxes for high gain, I like my OCD more as heavy low end boost w the Fat Boost it is too cool

@marshallamps24 dude ya, the lp (low peak) is when the switch is down, less distortion, bigger low end, and hp is the higher gain stuff like distortion, you can crank it alot more than they do in that demo. if you like this pedal but want one that is a bit more like a distortion pedal you might wanna chech out the MI Audio blue boy, it can get more (and less actually) gain
