Cartoonists way back then always drew Pitt as tall and very skinny, and without any chin. He was all nose. According to Wm. Hague's bio of him he had no interest in anything but booze and politics. Sexually he seems to have been a brick.
i love this song but i think we should have the choice if we want to listen to it or not with the trailers.some of the songs make me not want to finish watching the clips.maybe its just me gryping again.
OMG: This song gives me bad shivers...and what has this got to do with all? I couldn`t figure out which one was Mr Pitt. But did Rupert Everett play in this movie too?
Rupert Everett played the Prince of Wales in the movie. Mr Pitt was played by Julian Wadham (in the film and the play) and in the vid he's the one in the grey wig and black velvet who usually looks quite disdainful, except at 2.10 when he gets a bit stressy.
The Madness of King George was full of great actors and is just fantastic generally. I also loved Jim Carter as Mr Fox, and Rupert Graves made a very dashing equerry.
He has so far been - with Jeremy Brett - the best actor who played William Pitt the Younger. And, I also watched the film a million of times to see him ;)
Anthony Calf is very delicious as Fitzroy. He has the sexiest mouth ever.

He did, and he appeared for about 2 seconds here.

It's too bad that Mr. Pitt drank himself to death and died at the age of 47... sexy bugger.

What is with people who take a work of art and destroy it with witless, unconnected soundtracks over the top? Pointless.

Julian Wadham as Pitt the Younger: I ended up repeatedly watching The Madness Of King George just to see him.

This had me in stiches - thank you! I particularly liked the timing of Mr Pitt's eyebrow raising.
This is a work of art!

I am amazed to look at the authorship tag and find that I did not make this video. I should have.
