@LichLordOfFlames yeah, the anime is only a QUARTER of the story, IF that. Read the manga, that is the official and true ending. Oh and grab tissues and/or some towels. You will cry more then you thought possible, you will cry at what you think is the finale, then BAM! hits you over the head with another twist and more tears, and then manages to get you crying again on the very last page of the epilogue.

@LichLordOfFlames ahahaha, unfortunately and fortunately the manga is NOT licensed/officially released outside of Asia. The fortunate part means that you can find scans and translations released online by one of the many scanlating groups. Many Manga Authors encourage it until it gets licensed, then they want you to buy. Simply look for it on MangaFox it is there in english. i have not seen any in german.

@Barbe She was only a child when it happened, and when you're a child you're ruled by your emotions. Lucy was so overwhelmed with jealously and hurt she gave into her dark side, so it's not hard to imagine what a little kid would do if they had that sort of power. She lost control, and as soon as she did it she spent her whole life regretting it and trying to make it right. She doesn't deserve to burn in Hell or whatever, she probably deserved to die though.

@Barbe Yes, she really DID feel truly sorry. She spent the rest of her life devoted to finding this one boy who's life she ruined so she could make it up to him. She spent EVERY MOMENT living with this intense guilt/regret and loathed herself for the monster that she could be. I'm wouldn't say she FIXED it, but she did pretty much all she- or anyone really could to make up for the awful thing she did, she gave away her life.

@Barbe Nothing can fix murder, once their dead, their dead, but her entire life was spent trying to do the impossible- fixing the sin she had committed. It's pretty tragic when one person is so determined to do something they'd be willing to die for it but wouldn't care; as long as they did that one thing. In the end, Lucy was just a little girl wanting Kouta's love. Then she became a woman, living solely to earn forgiveness. I can understand your viewpoint, but I just feel so sorry for her.
