You're right! but it's so unfortunate that the majority of Indians I've come across, happen to display negative i.e racist characteristics, when dealing with black people. A black person goes into an Indian shop (regardless of their age and sex!), the owners say something in Indian, then they either start watching/following them around, or just behave hostile. Some can be very nice, and respectful.....unfortunately they are in the minority.
