I would've just spray painted, (I already have a gas mask though) 97 US Cents for a can of multi purpose quick dry spray at a home improvement store. and about 12 USD for a role of construction paper for one time use stenciling. And about 5 bucks for a cheap utility knife and another dollar for a sharpie or 17 cents for a carpenter's pencil. (for all the fellas out there looking for advice) You're not going any higher than 20 USD.

@metallad101 you use a program, like photoshop, to make the pictures with 2 or 3 levels (black, white and if you want grey). then you cut the black parts! but be careful, the more detailed you cut, the more detailed will be your stencil!

Blek the Rat gave him the idea of painting quick by using stencils after a near miss of getting caught by the cops and therefore also 'copied' his style. Before telling someone else to do there research I think you should do yours first.
