  • yes! 50% of cancer is hereditary.. when your family has a history of cancer. you better have a healthy lifestyle.

  • You can use an EFT cancer approach for coping with cancer it's self i.e. using EFT tapping on stressful emotions/thoughts related to a cancer diagnosis/recovery -- but as Dr Bruce Lipton says, shifting our perceptions and limiting beliefs is a highly effective means of prevention. An easy to learn, long lasting method to help transform our negative beliefs and change our perceptions is; The Emotional Freedom Techniques - EFT! • @TapIntoEFT I was adopted. And know virtually nothing of my biological family, not even my ethnicity. Until very recently, I thought it would be a good idea to at least find my biological family, so I can know the medical history, for preventative measures. But since discovering Bruce's work a couple weeks ago, I'm changing my mind on that, haha.

  • @snakeroo Hey snakeroo, Well Bruce has been a very timely discovery for you then! Sounds like you can relax more knowing about this. :)

  • @TapIntoEFT Bruce's work seems to totally makes sense of my adoptive "issues", that I never realized I had until I discovered Nancy Verrier and her book "The Primal Wound" (about the effects of adoption) a month ago. Yet Bruce work also seems to totally transcend it at the same time. Pretty wild.
