It contains a lot of chemicals,nearly same amount of calories, processed cheap oil & even skim milk.But that of course does not mean that you should consume butter a lot. But once in a while is ok. For cooking I would always take cold pressed vegetable oils. And as an alternative spread for breads and sandwiches I would recommend quark and put some veggies on top of it, like tomatoes and cucumber. Tastes really fresh and crisp!

We give these packets out especially to those who are diabetic at the hospital where i used to work at.
