Great game! This and Scarface: The World is Yours are examples of great movies transitioned into great video games. In both cases, the movie universe is expanded. The Warriors game goes into detail on how the Warriors formed and how they became known months before the meeting and Scarface creates a psuedo-sequel in which Tony Montana survives and rebuilds his empire. They also show respect to the movies that inspired them. Both also happen to be two of my favorite movies of all time.

If ever a remake of this game was to be made, heres a few things it would have to include. More gangs, new weapons, new turfs and possibly some new additions to the warriors gang. With no ajax, cleon or ash, and with swan possibly leaving, the gang only has a few decent brawlers.

I'm surprised with how Rockstar made this game's graphics turn out for a PS2. Even Square Enix with Final Fantasy X had some fantastic graphics when you hooked it up on S-Video to your TV. The PS2 was a very capable machine, but at least the gameplay made it one of the most enjoyable titles out there. Rock on Warriors! Love how they used Michael Beck and James Remar to do the voiceovers.

now to anybody that says that cleon and the fox are dead, sure if you play armies of the night, it hints at thats what the game creators think happened. Yet, I go by what the movie gave you, cleon's death was inconclusive and though the fox's fate looks bleak I could think of a plot twist to let him live, he didn't deserve to die. As for Ajax, he probably uncuffed himself in the car and crashed it or something, he's ajax, he ain't going down that easy
