Dont be upset hun! You are not the only one I have had it happen too! I went through with my truck one day and my antenna got caught in one of the whirly things! It came back and shattered the window right into my face!!!! All the guys did was laugh at me! and since it was busy time they wouldn't even give me back my antenna! I was pissed! So you aren't the only one to have an accident in a carwash hun

First off, I love how even though you're somewhat in shock, you still made me laugh when you were talking about the "soap bubbles doing their thing" lol. That was amazingly adorable and hilarious.

Second, that guy is kind of a dink eh? You should go cover his car in soap or something, make him go through the car wash and watch him get into an accident himself lol...that'd be some irony for him :)

Whitney, as a manager I would not tolerate this behavior. Here is what you need to do.

1. Request that the facility fill out an Incident/Accident report.

2. Document ALL damage with your digital camera.

3. Contact your insurance company immediately.

4. Contact the police and request to fill out an accident form. Though this happened on private property, this could still be used by your insurance company to obtain compensation for repairs.

5. Get estimate for repairs.

This vendor (the car wash) is a danger to the public. They should be reported to the local Police. Do it in person, not via 911. If this happens to a disabled person or someone with kids in their vehicle it could cause a significant incident.
