You WILL need to get a data plan through t-mobile or you will get rediculous charges on your bill.

Wi-Fi is free.

A question, do you have to pay for the Edge service? I just got T-Mobile iPhone and saw the little "E" on the screen and kind of worrying the T-Mobile would bill the shit outta me for it. Also I tried to enter Safari on Edge but can't, that would mean that I dun have Edge right?

If you tried to get onto safari with being connected via wi-fi. Then you should be getting billed for using EDGE. If you wanted to use edge. Message me and I can give you step by step instructions to get that using the $5.99/month T-zones plan from tmobile. Hope this helps!
