How do you do the marking for the lugs. I mean to drill the holes for the lugs, I've seen some stuff but I still think there must be a more efficient way. Would appreciate some help!!!

Get yourself a Lathe and make your life easier. Take it from a pro drum builder a lath will make everything easier. Great job!!
