where can u get theam spokes tighter

he doesnt mention it but its really important to tighten evary 3rd spoke. ityll take about 3 rotations depending on your bike. the purpose of ftightening evary 3rd is so that you dont bend your rim. once you get to your starting point again go over 1 more. then do evary 3, then once you get to your SECOND starting point again, move over one, tighten it. and then tighten evary 3rd.
