how to open Vanguard Princess on vista/xp

can someone give me a step by step process how to start up the game on Windows 7 cuz i extracted the game to the desktop and idk wat to do from there

i dont really understand this:

1: if u turn of the acc than how could u use it? (i just use administrator so i can olny switch the guest account)

2. i use the applocale but when i do use it nothing comes up

because if you have your account on then the computer will block some of your options to keep spywear out of you PC. but by blocking stuff it most of the time blocks changes and other things... idk it worked for me and i didnt need any video to help me out so i know you can do it by yourself.

i found it easier just to do this

Control Panel > Clock, Language, and Region

Click on " Change keyboards or other input methods"

Click on the Administrative tab

Under the "Language for non-Unicode Programs" box select Chang System Locale

Click on Japanese then its going to ask you to restart, do so.

Then run the game exe file

it worked for me, not a single problem.

yeah.. ok thats great! thanks for commenting. i didnt know if windows 7 had problems with this game beacause i got a vista computer (*hints* the video is about installing it on vista/xp) but i hope that your comment helps others.

I see a language selector, give English and then gives the installer ... I work on Windows 7, if a program is also compatible with Windows XP in also 7

Now a shortcut is on the desktop.(below the picture says Vanguard Princess)

but do not give clik in the installer not to create shortcuts

yah I did get it to work but U hace change the reagion settings and stuff to make the computer think I lived in Japan

yeah, i tried that with my laptop but it did work but either way if you just used applocale it might have just workd with out the change of the reagion. but windows 7 is a different computer i really dont have the right to talk about something i dont have.

actually i got this game to work on vista without having to cut off user account. U must first download applocale. Then go to where you downloaded it and hold shift and right click on the installer package. then click on copy as path. paste it to the command prompt screen and after a few seconds you should be able to run applocale. I really couldn't have done it without your help zonicvsmario so thankx!!
