Damn...this shit is just too much! Lived on the South side comin' up back in the day and used to take the north-south L (Jackson Park/Englewood - Howard) downtown and up to the north side to them spots that would play this stuff all night..aaah those were the days.

I was a teen back in the 80's and I have over 150 cassettes of mixes from bmx and from partin n Ron Hardy's house ...... can anyone tell me of a software so that I can convert my cassettes to mp3?? I remember being on the North side of CHI jamming at the neighborhood block parties "house music all night long" you had more fun just hanging out dance to the Wop, the Peculator, OMG much better than any of todays club music. This music is in my blood, heart & soul.
