My niece and I would argue over who got the last chicken little. I loved those. My sister used to work at KFC and they make their biscuits from scratch and their cole slaw comes from a kit, with the cabbage and carrot mixture and they add the mayonnise dressing to it. I LOVE KFCs cole slaw.

littles were terrible to maintain and hold, plus they would be ordered a dozen at a time and screw up the entire dinner rush.

Littles were run off the menu by KFC corporate lackeys because they were a real hindrance to the operation during peak sales periods............you were going along hot and heavy during a Friday night rush, then all of a sudden some no-mind would order two dozen and you would have no choice but to slow the whole thing down, drive-thru OR front counter. Take it from someone who had to deal with that situation in 1991: KFC is better off without them!

chicken littles were really good. The trick to getting them fresh was to ask for no mayo or extra mayo. If you find any stores with them now, it's probably a franchise store. I know when I worked for KFC from 96-99, only the Franchises had them in Oregon. Franchises can sell just about anything they want. KFC isn't the same since they started making them 2-in-1s. You know like KFC and A&W or KFC & Long John Silvers. And their Mac & Cheese now tastes like macaroni with nacho cheese on it. Gross.
