Jerry Trapp (Guthries uncle)and his brother now live in Brevard Noth caolina and play as "The Moonshine Babies" we go to Jerry's house and jam on thursday's once a month with Jeff sipe It's awesome to that Tomo knows About those guys!
Thanks! Glad you liked his. How do you play? Do you pick around front pickup? or put your right hand palm on bridge?
Jazzy tone mostly come from how you play ...so if you have a Fender Blues Jr, or Hot Rod... That's cool. If you can afford, go for vintage Fender Black Face. Princeton Reverb to Pro Reverb. Do you listen to Kenny Burrell, Grant Green?
Have you tried Xotic's EP Booster? Great pedal to jazz up.
wow, i never thought of my right hand as in influence of tone, I'm gonna look into that. and at the moment I can afford a midrange price amp. so I'll definitly gonna check that Pedal out. I guess the sound i'm looking for is something like Kenny Burrell and Kurt Rosenwinkel.
Thank you for your time Tomo, It is greatly appreciated!

that sounded great, I really love his style,
Btw tomo I have a question , I recently bought a tele and i was wondering what amp I could use best for a jazz tone?
The only problem is, i wanna use it for genre's other than jazz too, so maybe some sort of drive pedal would be better?
