It is adjudicated! -- It's been before the courts, at least nationally, but not before the Congress of The US. So, therefore, it's not legal, but judged by The US Supreme Court -- Big difference!

I agree. The idea is group protection and promotion, is above the individual, including 'perverts' of any kind, drugs, firearms and killing in media. (Movies, etc.)

We alrady have a similar system in the UK - the NHS pay the majority cost for abortions and they are extremely easy to obtain - its sickening. Even if this doesnt happen in the US, its still legal there as it is here - its so sad, all those babies being murdered at will - if a bay is just born and its willfully killed, its called murder, but inside the whom, its not even classed as a human being and is discarded as inconvenient - its so brutally evil, unspeakably so.
