This must be central or south Benin but not the north as suggested by Wout234. The rhythm is called "Sato", all of the players of the drum must be orphans.

This is almost the same as Eegun and Igala drumming: the tall drum that drummers circle around and hit in unison. It used to be part of the old NTA signature tune footage in the eighties.

I have seen the same dance and drum in Haiti. I think it is called "Assotor" in Haiti
