Filming with skirt in place is possible. You need a standard compact camera (kodak z12s) and slender arms. A tight turn and tilting your head a bit does the rest. I hold the camera right in front of my forehead. I did the same during LEL 2007 (see my channel)
We did 60km as a group. Riding to the start and back home again gave a total of 176km
I want one, think of the gas I could save.

Been a couple months with my Quest, but I still love watching vids of 'em, especially group rides.
When travelling as a group like that, what is the usual cruising speed that is agreed upon?

The larger the group, the lower the speed. A high speed makes the group move like a harmonica. 25km/h is fast enough.

Toch was het voor mij wat te ver fietsen vanuit Vlissingen ;-)
Jammer dat er in het "zuiden" zo weinig velomobielen zijn .....
P.S. Ongelooflijk knap om te filmen met de schuimkap dicht. Had je de camera in je mond ofzo ? ;-)
