So, I totally was going to make a vid of what I call the "faux crown braid" that works the way that you started with doing before you changed your mind. Nice style.

At 2:45 i had this weird urge for you to tie the two front braids you were holding at the back of your head and just leave the two upside down braids hanging in front. Just to see how it would have looked. Hmmm....

Doesn't that give you a head and neck ache while you're braiding? Whenever I braid upside down, whenever I go right side up, I get the WHOOSH of blood draining (and then being able to breathe properly! Egads, asthma) and, boy, do I get a headache and my neck aches horribly.

@StellaLilly Nope, I don't seem to have that problem! Occasionally my arms get tired, but thats all!!

@LaDollyVita33 Maybe I need neck exercises. My arms get tired too, but that's pretty normal for me! I'm a weakling apparently! I have pretty strong fingers and toes, and that's it. Ha ha!

But it still looks good. I'll just have to do this again and practice. Then it will be perfect like yours. =)

This is really cute. I cant get a hang of the upside down braids though, my hair tangles like crazy when I try. However my hair is long enough (mid-back) to do milk maid braids, but this could be a fun variation, so I'm gonna pratice!!

@Nannzee I know! My hair tangles too! Thats why this takes me so long because I use a comb to smooth everything out after I add into EACH section. Drives me nuts! But give it a shot! I was surprised by how much I liked the way this turned out, cause halfway through I was so frustrated with one of the braids I almost quit making the video! LOL
