Intracranial is where they put a grid of electrodes upon the brain itself, rather than on the skull. The difference is listening through a brick wall, I'm told.
Dec 10, 2007 - had surgery to place electrodes on my brain. The bone is replaced and the leads are pushed through my scalp to be attached to the monitors to do a test like that of the first seizure video I have posted.
This video is Dec 17, 2007. I'm going to surgery where they removed the grid and my Right Anterior Temporal Lobe.
This lady is wonderful!!! I WISH I could remember her name. The EEG people on the ward are wonderful. They are the ones who gave me the first video I posted of the seizure in October. As soon as I find the others, I'll post one or so more. I got MEAN during one of them, threatening to smack the nurses, etc. "And there's nothing you could do about it." :-P
After the siezure you can usually get in a very bad mood. Thanks for posting this! What intracranial mean?
