i beleive tht is one of the mobs from either badlands or blasted lands, they are unkillable and always stay a 1hp, either someone kited on there orrrr a gm mightve spawned one there or its a glitch :P

Most of the population of Ironforge were having a go at him, but he's unkillable unless your on the quest.

Accualy its a quest NPC from blasted lands you need to kill them to 1 hp and smash some crystal thingy but if you dont. You got a mob that cannot be killed :D
