something is better than nothing , Assamese are still far from the international cricket since no big figure is visible in international cricket from Assam ,but we would have been more happy to see ourself in the real form of the bihu....... hopefully next time we will get a chance , we should not misused that like this , there was a great chance what we miss to prove ourself,but every time misleading is not going to be acceptable for anyone.please try to learn from the mistake...........

@jesifahmedjec Getting inclusion in the ceremony donot mean you will completely change it! I mean imagine performing Bharatnatyam in jeans or modifying it! What they did here was similar to that! Bihu is ethnic of Assamese people and you need to portray it in a correct way if you are doing it, else name it as another dance form which was formed from Bihu.

sir, could u remember what kind of importance "Bihu" got in Commonwelth games 2010 held in our country India? Could we tell me any other International event (including ICC world cup 1996 which was jointly held in India) where anything from north east (Including assam) got any importance???
