I need help install adobe flash player. when i try install it on adobe website it gets 50% that it says error. can someone help me out? i would really apperiiate it i have windowsxp 2003

@MrDivalover1 You can download a program called the flash player removal tool and try running it. Once it has removed the (probably) broken version you have installed, you need to restart and try to install it again.

@vivyan462 The question was if you had Internet Explorer 7 or 8, and I was asking that you check so I know which version. Have you downloaded the flash player removal tool as I suggested in the earlier post? If not, that will remove flash player, and you can reinstall it at adobe.com.

i can't watch it on hulu but i can watch the video on hulu on chrome i'm using firefox right now youtube and every other site works fine

@vivyan462 Have you tried clearing your internet browser cache, etc, on Internet explorer? What version of IE are you using? To clear the browser cache, go up to tools, internet options, then click delete in the middle of the window that appears and delete again.

@vivyan462 Is youtube telling you this or another site? I have seen several sites, especially linking by email or through facebook that are tying to infect your computer and tell you that you need to update your version of flash player. Can you watch youtube videos? If so, you have a pretty recent version, being youtube requires flash player. You can go to google and download the flash player removal tool and run it, then go to adobe com and install the latest version.
