It was great drama with James having to make a tough DECISION with who to send over to Kinetic. I think James made the right decision, I think Arrow will perform the best without Nicole.
James behaved in a MATURE way through out this ordeal. He remained calm when Nicole yelled at her.

I think James was put in a really bad position to choose a team member to go over right there on the spot because they all bonded so well, but like he said, you can't please everyone and he has his head on straight. it goes to show James is not a people pleazer but a leader who isn't afraid to make decisions and I have more respect for him now, plus I think he made the RIGHT decision to send Nicole over, I have yet to see her bring anything to the table.
