Interesting information....i agree,the slides are to fast. Ayurvediccure can change the slide speed in video settings.

To g'pebbles...put the require amount in a cup/mug add hot water,let it brew for about 5-8min then drink..it can keep in the fridge for a few days.

You can read everything by stoping the video. Just click on the " two lines" icon underneath the video near " sound increasing/decreasing " icon. Then the video will stop - read it - and then click on the " triangle" icon to resume the video again.
