It looks kind of like a triops, but it's way bigger, and the area where the tail starts looks strange. Also looks like it has a acouple traits that might fit with a horseshoe cab. I'm thinking someone was tinkering with some genes and ended up making a triops-horseshoe crab hybrid. But then again thats highly unlikely.

Oh well. Guess we'll never know.

Its not my particular area of interest crustaceans and stuff It seems to share many similarities to the horseshoe crabs found on the seashore waters here in the northeastern US It must be a similar species or close relitive there of although there it exhibits some notable differences like that has really thick fleshy tail ours have very thin rigid spike tails!
