Hello, my name is Giselle. I am not a runner; however, my goal is to prepare to run 1.5 miles. I wondered what you might suggest one do to begin this endeavor? Thank you in advance.
She has wrong running shoes!!! Professional running shoes don't have those huge heels!!! Look at videos where professionals run. They are flat shoes. Please, don't run in those (tennis?) shoes or what they are called.
@newcoyote God bless means....that GOD may bless you in every way! If your questioning if there is a GOD....I would say absolutely. It impossible for the mortal man to be an atheist, considering the mortal man doesn't have divine knowledge, and cannot prove there is NO God.

Rejection of god claims does not require proof to the contrary. I can not prove big foot does not exist. Therefore big foot exists? It is laughably absurd. I know your intentions are good. Do you realize you and I live on a rock, that is suspended out in the middle of nowhere? Revolving around a sun that is 93 million miles away....just a few degrees in either direction and we would be history. How can a "big bang" theory from a pinpoint make that occur? Im more convinced everyday about God!

Look at this hole. It was made perfectly to fit me" Your short sight does not a god make. The more you learn about how things work, the more implausible your god seems. Or give up a say god of the gaps did it. Pretty lazy. The "evidence" for god is all the fallibility of human thinking. So yes. I am smarter than.

To have the feeling of the Holy Spirit fill you, is beyond mention. To be filled with FAITH and have the belief what happens to me when I die...did you ever think about that? I remember the day when I found out Santa and the Easter Bunny were false.....there was no tooth ferry. Well at that time of my life, I knew about God. As an adult at 36 years of age, no one has ever disproved GOD to me! That is a huge thing, if God just opened the sky tomorrow and said HERE I AM.....what would that do to the concept of faith?

If we are to advance as beings we have to abandon archaic beliefs. They stifle us. It isn't about what can be disproved. It's about what can be demonstrated. God can not be. Never has. @chattyfatty sorry this comment really bothered me, and I decided to challenge you on it, so don't start criticizing me, because you feel like you've been put down, I'm just making a point. First off, the running coach looks like she has a healthy weight, and must be really fit to be able to run 10k or whatever, if she has an overweight weight, why does that bother you? Why does it matter to you, I'm assuming you don't know her right? In a good running coach, wouldn't you base the quality of her
practice to what she knows about running, not the size of a running coach. she definitely seems to know her stuff, I've found this really helpful. And Just to note, I have a healthy weight, I'm fit, and beginning running, OH and in the middle of recovering from an eating disorder. Comments that base the talents of a person on their size are not helpful to me or others recovering. I'd be grateful if you could take that into account. ;)
