Actually it could very well be an "American" Boxer, who has longer snouts. Most people think all Boxers have short snouts like a "German" Boxer. I have both breeds and there is only one main difference, their size of snouts. PS I disagree with how rude one person said it but Yes you do need to be more stern/dominate in your voice. He needs to know you are the boss. (:

@briantcurrin Even American boxer dogs have shorter snout..Its snout is too long to be a pure blood Boxer..It's my favorite breed and i've read tones of books about these dogs :) However, it is so adorable that the size of its snout doesn't matter... :):)
