Make sure you place your pedaling right, which is every group of 4 notes, or you can say twice in one measure. @serophine12 Although I'm not the author, my recommendation for pedaling is always to try avoiding extremely mixed sound. You should push it at least for each chord set (4 notes) ;)

Ever since I've seen this video, I've wanted to play piano more than ever. This was probably one of the first things I've learned on piano other than the Axel F thing. I remember trying to do both hands with the 8th notes on the left and 16th notes on the right and it was really difficult. But I eventually got it and mastered it. My mom loves it when I play it. This vid was from so long ago, I can't remember how long all of it took. I'd guess a few days total — an afternoon to figure out the arrangement, then maybe a day or two to practice it, then one more day to record it and write out the sheet music (which usually takes anywhere from 1 to 3 hours to write, depending on how nitpicky I'm being).

@sosogood Yeah a bit confusing, I think I'm a half step up then.  I'm still confused when they mention keys. Ex: The Key of G minor

@metalbynumber Yeah, music theory can be rough if you're just getting into it. Basically, the "key" of a song is whatever chord the song is mostly centered around. It's like the "main"/"root" note or chord of the song. For Lisa Dies, the key is G minor, because G minor is the chord that the whole song is built around.

It can get a lot more complicated than that, but that's really the most generic way I know how to put it.. Hope that made sense!

Props to you. The best I've heard it played. With the variations in tempo and volume it captures the feeling more than the original track, which was straight tempo and volume the whole way through. You through that classical touch on it that it really needed to fully capture the somber feeling of mourning and death that it was meant to in Lisa's scene. Once again, props.

She understands that she is dead (Kauffman killed her with overdose of the White Claudia - drug), and then turns in to "Otherworld"´s  ("Otherworld" is a realm of the dead, the home of the deities or spirits) inhabitant.

This is an incredibly beautiful arrangement--well done!

I feel like a dick for saying this, but I do have one criticism: In the part at 1:16, you keep the bass note on Bb for the first two chords, and then it moves to the Eb for the second two. I may be wrong, but the way I've always heard it in the game recording is Bb for the first chord, C for the second chord, and then to the Eb as normal for the last two.

Again--this may make no difference to you, but I wanted to mention it anyway.
