Wrestling rings typically come in two sizes: 16' and 18' on a side. The WWE rings are 20' on a side. If you're used to watching the WWE, independent wrestling rings look smaller to you no matter what. The ring they're using here looks to be a 16', and that's probably due to cost. 16' are cheaper than 18', just because of materials. For the wrestlers, it's years of training and practice to get the timing in any ring.
