Horrible way to treat animals.. unfortunately its going on in most of the world. Pigs are very clever animals (more clever than dogs) and its cruelty to animals to let them live under such conditions. No possibilites to move or nurse their babies, nothing to do all day except for biting the bars. I curse the person who invented the nasty housing systems... animals needs possibilities to move and be able to perform normal behavior.

Society is in denial, they know that animals are kept confined and live in horrible conditions but they overcome it emotionally because its easy and its the more preferable option. We need to let people know they shouldn't live in this type of denial, they should accept the truth, think it out and go vegetarian.
People fear admitting this because it will make them feel bad but honestly they should be feeling good if they admit it, they are making a difference for the better if they admit it.

There is nothing wrong with farming, but factory farming is very wrong. There is good ways to farm animals. I'm born and raised on a dairy farm in NZ and our main priority is the health and well being of our live stock. Happy animals means quality product. Factory farming needs to stop.

Fuck you Minister of Agriculture, and the evil Dr. Death who said it's a good place for the pigs. I am in the US and I'll do everything I can possibly do to stop this. Like I always say, it's devil worshippers in high places that started this. Only a satanic person or an athiest could do this and let it continue.Pigs are very intelligent, and their probably wondering what they've done wrong.

It'"s not just in NZ, it's everywhere. Not veryone wants to be vegetarian, but buying only free range products must help Here in Australia KR Castlemaine does free range ham and bacon. It is valale at woolworths. Not sure about Coles.
