IMO Azazel is the best demon in the series. When the creator is fresh, this is usually when the best characters come out, and later ones might be good, but usually not as good as the originals. Azazel is the most well developed, creepy, manipulative, even relatable, and has ties to all levels of hell (and beyond) and has awesome mannerisms. Thus, he's a much better character than Lilith, who just seems like something that came out of a J-horror. We've had plenty of those in the last 10 years.

1. Azazel (preferably 2.0: but he is awesome, no matter which meat-suit he's in).

2. Meg (preferably 1.0: but I wasn't disappointed by the season 5 version, just the randomness of her being there, then gone, like no big deal).

3. Lilith (more compelling as a child for countless reasons).

4. Alistair (preferably as played by Christopher, 'cause the voice factor. But either form, he fought it out with angels and he preferred hell over earth, unlike most demons.

Haha I like this. Nice scene choices. I agree with Azazel being number one. If it was me choosing, however, I definitely would've had Ruby 1.0 way higher on the list than last. Katie's portrayal of her was genius. She was the character that was mysterious and I was skeptical if i should trust her, but i loved her.
