I absolutely love this song! I didn't know Howard had a gospel choir, let alone one that sounds this good! I am a Spelman student and a member of the Spelman College Glee Club...we don't sing gospel music, but I love it! This video is bomb!

Yes LAWD!! I am a former member and 1st Tenor of HGC!! Paul was our director. Oh GOD,we tore up rehearsals many a nights,praising GOD!!! Jeff was my section leader and I truly can say,I learned to sing because of Jeff Waddy! This video,made me so proud of HGC. Reminded me how we use under the HOLY GHOST would sannnnnnngggg!! Praise GOD HGC,you all tore this one up!Q!!

Yeah, they are singing over a track but Howard Gospel Choir is a beast and you can clearly hear them over the track.. but Hezekiah Walker usually has tracks with the choir without his voice.. but I can hear the choir.. musical ears.. thank goodness!! It was for How Sweet The Sound in DC and so it would be fitting that he would ask Howard Gospel Choir to sing... people.. either way, it's uplifting the name of Jesus..

This was the only song that we sang with Bishop Walker, and we were asked to sing with the track. Normally when the Howard Gospel Choir performs, we are accompanied by our musicians.

The HSTS team had everybody that did that background to use the track for production purposes - If not they'd be singing the song all nite and shoutin and some mo stuff - they were not tryin to have no church - ask me how I know!

Proud to be an alumna of such a great institution. Howard has been effectively "souled out" for a long time. Pastor Walker is forever the genius, his energy is uncommon and his love for the gospel obvious. Enjoyed this piece.
