With proper backing guitars, like Keith Richards and Mick Taylor (or Ron Wood), and drums by Charlie Watts, this would have been magnificent. The backing band failed with this one. Fergie was great, but give me Lisa Fisher anytime. Her voice is really explosive. Let's face it, only the Rolling Stones can perform this song the way it's meant to be performed.

I think that the simmering calm U2 creates lends even more credence to the explosiveness of Mick Jagger's presence, AND come on, who knew Fergie could have pulled off her part so well. Fergie sucks. She has the vocal talents of the drunken floozie at the karoke bar- and this performance proves it. Embarrassing. And as usual, U2 proves themselves to be a mediocre/ over rated boring band.
