love it! love the interviews! I think their relationship with each other gets stronger everyday. Arnel looks up to Neal, Jon, Ross and Dean as his big brothers, and vice versa, Arnel as their kid brother. And you know how Fillipinos are loyal and faithful, Im sure Arnel will stay with the band as long as they need and love him. Way to go Arnel! our pride!
