Hi Mishal, nobody is a born Mahatma. Only a few get the sense very soon, like Siddhartha (Buddha). Most of them have to fight against the animal inside them for entire life. I believe Gandhiji had defeated his inside animal very early.

However, when time changes everybody (who has not defeated his inside animal) indulges into selfishness. It was Gandhiji and other leaders like him who gave the energy of fighting against British Raj. Not Dr. Ambedker or Mr. Jinha. They should have followed him.

Please guys accept that this exposes no faults in Gandhi at all. He craved for meat as a young man before he fully developed his ideology. Hardly a criticism. He sought commitment to cause through Islam - so? This is nothing but the making of a philosophical superman. All great people have moral or spiritual or ideological humble beginnings.

This video all 8 of them is the most negative attempt criticize the great one . The journalist must be aware of using such strong words . The journalist just to gain popularity should not go so low . This person has insulted Gandhi by her strong words . Yet she acts as if she admirers him but its not so watching the full 8 parts I lost my full respect to her work . This whole thing seems silly to me. Like, 'oooh, he may not have been a vegetarian when he was younger--*gasp*!' Even if that is true, the important thing is that he became one, na? I'm mean, he's just a human. 'Expose his flaws'? We all have flaws! Just because he wasn't perfect doesn't mean he should be picked apart in such a manner. The Pakistani tilt to this doc is unfair; someone impartial--neither Indian nor Pakistani--should have made this. This is a misleading, Pakistani ordealed documentary to discredit Gandhi. I have studied extensively his person (autobiography and biography) and can assure anyone that all accuses moved are inderogably FALSE !!! define fundamentalist: Some1 who takes the interpretation of every word in the sacred texts as literal truth.

The lines are blurry, but the distinction is this: Muslims take the Koran as the literal word of God, which in itself is very dangerous. Looking at the history of Mohammad, all that can be really said of him was he was a great leader and strategist. Was he divine? Hard to say.
