  • How come everyone has the same mask as me XD I made mine into a shark.

  • why do you have to sand it first?

  • @Swflann so the paint sticks other wise it cracks and peels off easily

  • sick work.

  • did you spray the goggle straps too?

  • @deadzink that would ruin them

  • good bloody job ! wow

  • The best Mask ever!! good job

  • the best didgi camo paint job ive ever seen, hands down!

  • thanks anyone know if this will work on my vforce grill since its not really plastic =\

  • Thats pretty wicked

You have to be careful using regular spray paint on a flexible surface like that..... regular spray paint does not flex so it is prone to chipping.

I find Plasti-dip spray paint works great on flexible plastics.... its a rubberized paint so it flexes and stretches.

  • I like it better than the jacket.! Looks great. Once thing I have learned, use 1/8" graph paper to create the designs, it's easy and all the corners are there for you already.

  • beautiful.. that's some labor of love.

  • i want to do tha to my mask because i was retarded enough to buy a red mask without realizing red in woods is a no no.........

  • nice

  • Oops nevermind... Didnt get all the way through the video before i posted the last one... My mistake... But awesome outcome. I might buy one that already has a green base and do Wood Digi Camo. Thanks for the vid help

  • @BGSAirSoft I think buying a mask with the already desired base color is a good idea if you can. After some heavy use, I've noticed some chipping occurring.

  • @norcalniner if chipping occured, would there be some sort of sealent you could've used to prevent it?

  • @rapfan050 Not that I know of unfortunately. I believe the chipping is going to be dependent on a few things. 1) flexibility of the mask. A real flexible mask will (I assume) chip more 2) The thickness of the paint applied 3) the amount of times you use the mask.

  • @norcalniner also if you didn't use plastic bonding paint you'd have to prime it for it to stay on..

  • @rapfan050 If you were to you were to use some adhesion promoter or scuffed the surface it probably would not have chipped

  • Can you still see out of the goggles? Because i thought i saw that you painted it as well... But i didnt want to go back through the vid because iv been watching these thigns for like an hour...

  • wont it come off when you clean it?

    i might try this tho

  • holy shit dude that looks awesome lol

  • would Krylon spray work???

  • I don't see why it wouldn't. I opted to go with a base coat meant for plastic because I hoped it would stay on better. all the other layers could be whatever. I haven't had an issue with mine yet

  • that looks absolutely amazing.

  • i subscribed but can i do this at my marker too?

  • it all depends on how the marker was painted initially. if it's an anodized gun then i believe it would be more difficult and would required more sanding.

you would basically use the same technique, but i have heard more people using air spray or something along those lines.

check out tripwire36 and his videos. He does guns and they turn out great

  • its a tippmann a5 :)

  • @norcalniner Biggest fail!! lol jk that is fucking incredible i wish i could handle spray paint.

  • thats incredible i'm working on my mask right now i just need to get the paint, great advice though, you helped alot

  • graph paper...

  • I tried that the first time around and the sqares were too big in my opinion. unless your not using tape,,,its a wasted step. Just draw straight lines with 90* angles. eyeball it

  • my mask was already digital camo :D

  • I cant hear anyhing and my speakers are working is it Youtube?

  • just checked with my computer and it's working fine.

  • Yea thanx its working now

Pretty sick mask I play woodball alot so if you would make one with like woods/jugle type of camo that would be awesome

  • very nice..good job
